About the Job
- Handle all the recruitment processes for blue coolers starting from screening of C.Vs, selecting potential candidates for initial HR interviews and prepare shortlists for the accepted ones.
- Select the most appropriate and cost-efficient recruitment method and coordinate with different recruitment agencies in fulfilling the Company’s manpower demands.
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various media channels and outlets.
- Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers and communicate it accordingly.
- Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the three months' probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones.
- Follow up & review with the technical managers regarding the monthly of the labors and finalizing the recognition process for the blue coolers
- Handling the Performance Management system for the blue coolers.
Job Roles: Human Resources
Job Requirements
- From 2-3 years of Experience in recruitment.
- Experience in hiring blue collars is a must.
- Past Experience in the Manufacturing field.
- HR certificate/diploma is Preferred.
- High follow up skills
- Very good command of English Language
- Very Good user of MS.Office
