About the Job

• Responsible for Factory compensation including (Payroll, Bonus, Incentives, etc) for LG & Outsourcing members.
• Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
• Following payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
• Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner.
• Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support in other HR functions as required.

Job Requirements

• Experience:
  • 1~2 Years of Experience in HR.

• Education:
  • Bachelor degree (HR studies are preferred)

• Skills:
  • Excellent English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good communication skills.
