About the Job
- Responsible for Factory compensation including (Payroll, Bonus, Incentives, etc) for LG & Outsourcing members.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Following payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.
- Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner.
- Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support in other HR functions as required.

Job Requirements
- Experience:- 1~2 Years of Experience in HR.
 
- Education:- Bachelor degree (HR studies are preferred)
 
- Skills:- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Very good communication skills.
