Sales Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Support salesperson
in meetings e.g. prepare presentations and other support material for the
meeting
- Support salespeople
in keeping sales funnel and CRM data up to date
- Proactively contact
potential customers for early engagement
- Following up on
payments due and ensuring timely payments and adherence to payment plans.
- Answering customer
inquiries, responding to their phone calls, dealing with customer service
inquiries.
- Scheduling
meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about
their order status.
- Compiling a daily
list of sales leads, delegating lead to the sales department, and
providing sales data and guides to the sales department
- Developing and
monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members.
- Handling
administrative duties and responsibilities of the Sales Department and its
executives.
- Maintaining strong
professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new
clients to expand sales territories.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree
in business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent team
working, motivational, communications, and customer service skills.
- Strong customer
service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of experience
in sales support
- Great with time
management and organization skills.
- Must have a
practical mind to solve problems and Strong customer service skills.
- Females are
preferred.
- Fluent in English
