Job Title: Medical Representative
Job Description:
· Achieve the sales target for his/her area (Annually and Quarterly) and
Qualitative (Number of Operations).
· Arrange regular appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams as per
segmentation & targeting strategy & make sure to visit them with right
frequency.
· Increase customer satisfaction from our products and services provided.
· Approach new clients, as well as develop long-term relationships with
existing ones
· Increase client ‘s knowledge with our product and keep them updated with new releases
& development.
· Participate in the initial yearly selling plan with the Area Manager.
· Keep and maintain detailed records of all orders on system.
· Present selling reports weekly, monthly and upon request.
· Responsible for the operations he attends full responsibility in the
arrangements, instruments required and attending with the surgeon the
operation.
· Assist in delivering the operation invoices in coordination with
Finance/Collection Department.
· Regularly attend company meetings, training, technical data presentations and
briefings
· Participate in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
· Experience: (0 - 3) Experience Years in a Related Position.
· Knowledge/Skills: Time management. Excellent Presentation skills. Excellent
Selling and Negotiation skills. Excellent Communications Skills. Excellent
command of English language
· Own a Car is a Must.
· Males Only with Clear Military Status.
· Languages: Proficiency both in English and Arabic is Required.
· Job Requirement: Participates actively in organization-wide activities
without hesitance or personal reservation. Can adapt to unusual job-related
circumstances. Works effectively under stressful condition. Willing to work
extended hours to attend to emergency cases. Expert in dealing with clients.

Job Description
- The
Customer success officer will own and manage customer relationships and

- Provide
clients with the necessary external and internal support needed for the
smooth and efficient running of their activities, to assure that all terms

the appropriate follow-up system in place to monitor on a monthly basis
(or more frequent if required) the implementation by his/her team and has
a special focus on implementation of the Segmentation and Targeting plan
Territory Management
- Makes
an in-depth territory analysis with an assessment of the current Biophe
product performance, the business opportunities and challenges and
external environment situation
- Making
the appropriate conclusions and critical success factors from the analysis
- Formulate
the recommendations for the territory strategy, action plan and resource
deployment
