Responsibilities:-
-Manage personal and payroll functions.
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

Qualifications
- From 4 to 6 years experience preferred 2 years pharma experience.

Junior HR Admin (Project Contract for 10 months)

 

Main Responsibilities

Ensuring company compliance with the labor and social insurance laws on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents and reports required from official authorities (labor and social insurance offices)

Creating and maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents and maintaining the employee database system.

Submitting new employees in social insurance (Form 1), employees’ terminations (Form 6), Form 2 and other actions using appropriate forms

Following up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents

Responding to labor office requirements & audit

Working on upgrading Thales social insurance system to be digitalizing

Execute and coordinate HR administrative tasks as per the established processes.

Follow up the Medical insurance service; adding and deleting members, employees medical claims and the Medical invoices reimbursement

Assist employees and help with their queries

Support HR related projects as required

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR field with solid experience in dealing with social security offices & Medical Insurance company

Good knowledge of the Egyptian labor law

Excellent communication (i.e. written, verbal and listening), presentation and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.

Computer proficiency, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Administrative experience such as data entry

Must have the ability to multi task and manage details of different processes efficiently

Approachable and able to develop trusted relationships with people at various levels

Ability to work with a high degree of discretion in an environment that requires confidentiality

Previous experience working on Workday and SAP is a plus
