Main Roles and Responsibilities:
4 Strategic Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements HR strategies, policies, systems, procedures.
• Prepares, with Management & Departments, annual budgets of human resources.
• Develops plans concerning short and long-term staff requirements.
• Sets the recruitment policies and selection standards for different functions.
• Develop performance appraisal, compensation system and salary structure in conformance with compensation strategy and guidelines.
• Develops and directs the setting of performance indicators and administrates performance review programs.
• Sets training and personnel development strategy.
• Develops and implements policies regarding working conditions, equal opportunities and absence management.
• Ensures all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
4 Identifies hiring needs within corporate, develops the positions descriptions, recruitment plan and other recruitment related documents.
4 Reviews resumes, applications, and contacting potential candidates.
4 Develop job descriptions for all positions and updates them in consultation with the respective managers.
4 Conducts recruitment interviews and provides the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
4 Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
4 Maintains and regularly updates master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
4 Processes and maintains records of benefits plans such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations, and employee statistics.

4 Prepares and processes timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.

Job Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferably HR major with 5 to 8 years of experience in HR field.
