The Role
Description
& Requirements .
- The purpose of the role is
analytical support to reinforce business decisions, ensure smooth
procurement process (contract analysis, smooth payments, rebates/credit
notes booking, spec management), sourcing of R&P materials (dotted
line reported to a buyer)
Key
Accountabilities
- Tender analysis and
consolidation
- Support buyers to have up to
date prices in the system and get physical contract signature flow
- Support on payment related
topics
- Support with AWs and specs
management
- Shipping documents for import
- Financial booking of
rebates/Credit notes, etc.
- Direct material sourcing
(supplier selection, tenders, e-auctions, price negotiations)
About
You
Knowledge
and Experience
- Education: University degree
- Excellent Spoken and written
Arabic
- English – intermediate or
higher
- financial, procurement,
logistics background preferable (minimum 1 year experience in position)
- knowledge of processes and
procedures across the procurement function
Skills

- Excel proficiency
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, ability to work in a dynamic environment

Local Purchasing Supervisor
Job Description
- Researching
and identifying prospective suppliers in the Egyptian market.
- Liaising
with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
- Evaluating
products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
- Preparing
proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and
conditions.
- Preparing
and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitoring
supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Inspecting
and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
- Preparing
reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
- Complying
with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar
field preferred.
- 6 - 10
years of experience as a local purchasing specialist or in a similar
role.
- Good
working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong
analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and with business application software and purchasing.
- Strong
organizational skills.
