About the Job
Main Job Duties:
- Assist in Payroll process through collecting variables
- Assist in Recruitment processes
- Taking medical insurance approvals
- Participate in employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Participate in tasks related to performance management
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements
- Should be from Beni suef (from Beni suef resident)
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
