About the Job
- Make personals interviews.
- Receive work documents from new workers.
- Receive new resignations and preparing its documents.
- Follow-up warnings and penalties.
- Follow-up new contracts.
- Make periodic reports about annual leave and overtime.
- Follow up health insurance.
- Participation in the evaluation process of employees.
- Follow up the daily attendance reports.
- Prepare daily report for the latest job applicants and new employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce / Graduate of the faculty of Law.
- HR Diploma is preferred.
- Adequate knowledge of Labor Law.
- Experience from 1 to 4 years in HR functions ( Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
