Kashat is looking for a capable, hardworking Field Logistics Supervisor, based in Cairo, with a high-work ethic and a can-do attitude, to manage the execution, monitoring, assessing, and optimizing of all on-ground activities, including roadshows, media shoots, OOH, etc., across all of our operational areas in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Train and oversee agencies’ teams of ushers during activations, ensure they are relaying the right brand message in creating awareness and acquiring new users, auditing giveaways and voucher distribution, and ensure they achieve their targets.

- Facilitate all coordination and logistics between the company and the media/production agencies during shooting days.

- Confirm the location and messages of installed billboards during all marketing campaigns, and that they remain in good condition throughout the contracted duration.

Requirements:
- An experience of 3+ years in logistics & events’ coordination.
- Agency background is preferable.
- Able to travel/commute with owned-vehicle to several governorates.
- Willing to spend 8-hour working days on-ground.
- Capable of working under pressure and in stressful conditions.
- Excellent written/spoken Arabic, and good English as a second language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

** Summary
Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing clearance tasks and processes related to foreign purchasing operations via coordination with the team and brokers to satisfy company’s priories, objectives and targets
** Responsibilities:
1 - Review and update the clearance process to define the owner of each process. As well as reviewing all agreements with company’s brokers in terms of cost, lead time, and process / documentation requirements
2 - Prepare all the necessary documentation to start the clearance process on time
3 - Communicate the company’s brokers to take the necessary action
4 - Prepare information’s to be sent to brokers.
5 - Follow up on the status of the clearance process on a daily basis to ensure that the process is going according to the delivery targets in terms of time and cost
6 - Communicate with the warehouse to deliver documentation
7 - Manage to update the clearance process on ERP system
8 - Review the status of receiving shipments without missing /damaged units, if not take the necessary actions
9 - Review all invoices submitted from customs or brokers

Qualifications
-    University degree
-    Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics & procurement
-    Fair knowledge of import-export operations.
-    Fluent in English, both written and oral
-    Good interpersonal skills
-    Computer and systems practicality
-    Residents of Cairo/Giza only.

-Issue relevant invoices for each operation executed.
-Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations and complying with deadlines.
-Follow up payment settlement with customers and agents.
