Almentor.net is looking for a confident Enterprise Business Development and Sales Director to join us immediately focusing on growing our business to the next level in KSA. The Enterprise Business Development and Sales Director ’ll be responsible for achieving revenue targets for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

· Establish and deliver on a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion and expand existing accounts with purpose, driving customer success and predictable year over year ARR growth for almentor.

· Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base

· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

· Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management

· Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels

· Identifying new sales leads.

· Pitching products and/or services to customers.

· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

· Developing and managing partnership agreements.

· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

· Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

· Maintaining the CRM system.

 

Job Requirements:

· 8-10 years of relevant experience.

· Deep Experience in EdTech Sales and Business development in KSA.

· Demonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of a $5m+ ACV annual quota.

· Proven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering peers.

· Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership.

· Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a team.

· Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload.

· Ability to travel if needed.

· Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

· Polished presentation skills.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Quest is looking for Sales Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following scope:
• Identify, contact, and meet potential and existing clients to understand their needs and grow the business
• Professionally and consistently price solutions as per the pricing strategy and discount schemes/profitability margins & percentages
• Negotiate and finalize contracts/ LoAs with prospects and clients by the guidelines set by Quest
• Manage and maintain customer relations to develop the business
• Act as the main liaison with clients and relay all client requests/needs to the relevant internal function (e.g. customized proposals, technical solutions, program reports needed) within agreed-upon SLAs
• Ensures reports for clients are issued upon request, and assists prepare sales-related reports for management
• Proofread/review proposals to ensure offered solutions are accurately compliant with technical requirements of the proposed request (through client’s RFP, SOW… etc.)
• Document and send all needed information about client and program to concerned parties, and ensures Program Information Sheet is sent to all concerned parties by SLA
• Ensures client’s experience is up to Quest standards following guidelines & processes

Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years in Sales (within the Learning & Development industry is a plus)
• Fair knowledge in Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality control
• Dynamic with a passion for people development
• Sharp business acumen is a plus
