Job title : Training Coordinator
Role Summary:
- Answer all incoming phone calls from clients
- inform clients about training options.
- Respond to social Media pages’ messages and comments
- map out training plans for individual client.
- Follow up the registration process .
- Serves as point of contact for participants before, during,
and after the event .
- Maintains Courses documentation including records of attendance,
program materials, and evaluations.
- Coordinate off-site training activities for External and internal
Clients .
- Track and report on training outcomes .
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
- Manage in-house training facilities and equipment
- Administration of L&D share point including, course
tracker and central course calendar.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Major or any related Field
- Experience 0-2 in the same role.
- Very Good in English (Speaking & Writing)
- Very Good in Communication and presentation skills
- Planning and organizing
- Maximum age 25 years .

Description
·
Coordinate logistics of training to
include a training room, attendance tracking, passwords, materials, and
supplies.
·
Maintains annual training plans and
prepares quarterly reports for the training manager.
·
Follow up with the Talent Acquisition team
for the orientation for all new hires.
·
Coordinates administrative functions
necessary to deliver and document training programs.
·
Establishes and maintains staff training
records.
·
Participates in developing and
implementing programs to ensure employees’ development.
·
Ensures that training schedules are
communicated to all Departments.
·
Assists in the preparation,
implementation, and follow-up of individual development plans.
·
Follow up on the implementation of initial
job training plans for new hires.
·
Conduct training for staff in all
specializations.
·
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties
as assigned.
·
Ensure that progress reports are prepared
for the management team and employees training records are accurately
maintained.
·
Collecting feedback from employees
regarding the effectiveness of several training methods.
Job
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s degree in any related
discipline.
·
Experience in Real Estate is preferable.
·
Minimum of 1-year experience in the
training field.
·
Good interpersonal skills, as an HR
trainer is required to work effectively with colleagues, trainees, and
management
·
Understanding of relevant HR practices.
·
Detail-oriented and organized.
flexibility, creativity, and initiative to work both independently and as part
of a team.
·
Ability to interact effectively with all
levels of staff and management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Outlook.
