About the Job
Position Summary
Deliver local HR services within the defined SLAs (Quality, time, accuracy and compliance) acting as the customer facing representative for the administrative activities.
A day in the life of...
- Deliver local administrative services within the defined SLA’s in line with Standard Routines across HR Processes
- Provide timely information to HRBPs, Centre of Competence (COC), Centre of Scale (COS) and Line Managers as appropriate
- Deliver specific process steps that require physical presence (e.g. paper filing, document stamping, legal requirements etc.)
- Coordinate Local Trainings (logistics, attendance etc...) and raise K2 webform to ensure capturing the employees who have attended a training taking place locally.
- Schedule Interviews, and conduct interviews for certain positions, and conduct short first day induction to the new commers
- Coordinate the Final Settlement for employees leaving in coordination with COS, Line Manager, Employees and required stakeholders.
- Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g. Payroll, Time Management, Benefits).
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are applied, understood and followed with a customer centric mindset
Job Roles: Human Resources
Job Requirements
- University Degree level education or equivalent (in progress)
- 1 to 2 + years’ experience in Human Resources in Nestlé or within another FMCG
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong Service orientation
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural and virtual team
- High level of comfort using multiple technologies to execute processes
- Detail orientation
- Develop relationships and work proactively and autonomously
